Graduate work requires an accelerated foundation of knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the challenges of online, applied education. Many online MBA programs require students to take a "pre-program" sequence of courses with tuition rates as high as regular core courses. Students whose undergraduate degree is not in business are most vulnerable to the requirement to take that sequence.
The Georgia WebMBA offers a pre-program service to help you obtain the equivalent of pre-requisites, should you need them. We rely on self-paced online foundation modules. While some programs may require applicants to take expensive foundation courses at graduate-level tuition rates, our module costs are very low.
(Requirements vary by school.)
Are GMAT waivers considered?
Schools will consider a GMAT waiver based on substantial management and professional business experience or completion of an advanced degree - such as a Masters. To determine specific school criteria, contact our Managing Director or school MBA directors. Our Participating Institutions section also includes links to each school's admissions requirements. Because each school admits its own students into the common program, GMAT requirements vary by school.
When will the next class begin?
The Georgia WebMBA® will begin its fall cohorts with orientation on Jan. 9 & 10, 2015. Courses begin Jan. 14, 2015. The program opens four cohorts in fall and three cohorts spring of approximately 30 students each.
